David holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Point Park University and studied classical voice at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. His early professional work combined performance with purpose—partnering with a theater company affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh to educate and empower youth around public health and personal safety through improvisation. He also served as vice president of a children’s theater nonprofit in Bloomington, Indiana.
David’s Montessori journey began as an MSNV parent, and this fall, all three of his children will be enrolled at the school. Inspired by the growth he witnessed in his daughters, David joined MSNV as an Elementary Assistant, working in every classroom at the Hillbrook campus. He recently completed coursework toward his Lower Elementary Montessori Credential through the Barrie Institute for Advanced Montessori Studies and plans to pursue his Upper Elementary credential next summer to deepen his understanding of the continuum of learning.
David is thrilled to bring his creativity, curiosity, and joy for teaching to the classroom this fall.
