We inspire and guide children to love learning, to love one another, and to love the world around them.

Join MSNV for Montessori Mornings

In a Montessori Mornings class, the adult and child will interact alongside a Montessori-trained teacher in a thoughtfully prepared environment. The classroom provides a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment that allows children and the adults to learn together in a Montessori environment designed specifically for the development of toddlers and preschoolers. The activities will support your child's sense of discovery and encourage independent investigation of the learning environment.

These classes will also nurture the bonds between adult and child, while also creating a place to find new and supportive friendships with other adults. The toddler/preschooler brain grows the most during this precious period. With an experienced Montessori Teacher at your side, we can help maximize each milestone and build everlasting connections with the child.

Each week our teacher will lead an engaging class. The teacher will guide parents/guardians on important topics and give practical tips for applying the Montessori philosophy and positive discipline at home. Classes are open to children ages 16 months to 3 years and their parent, guardian, grandparent, or childcare provider.

It takes a village to raise a child and we want to be part of your village.

Class Overview

The class is held once a week from 9:00-10:30 a.m. During this time, caregivers will observe their child working in a Montessori environment. Adults work side by side with a trained guide to help support their child’s natural development. We will also have group discussions on topics pertaining specifically to the young child; some of those topics will include:

  • Nutrition
  • Toilet Learning
  • Positive Guidance
  • Healthy sleep routines
  • The hand as the instrument of the brain
  • Positive attachments
