Our Vision is of a humane and peaceful society where people of all ages feel a reverence and responsibility for all that sustains life on Earth.

Our Vision is to provide high quality Montessori educational programs that meet the needs of children and families in Northern Virginia who share our mission.

Our programs shall enable children to reach their fullest potential as inspired learners, independent thinkers, and future model citizens and leaders. Our programs shall support a balance of intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and social development of the child. To achieve this vision, arts, music, physical education, languages, and nature shall be an integral part of our programs.

We shall offer our families a choice for a complete Montessori program extending from pre-primary to at least sixth grade. Our graduates shall be well prepared for a seamless transition to their choice of public or private Middle and High School programs in the Washington area.

We shall build a strong, diverse community of children, parents, staff, alumni and neighbors connected through our school and its activities. We shall learn, work, play, celebrate, garden, meet, cook, and dance at our school. Our facilities shall be the center of our school community.

Our teachers and administrators shall be well qualified, and equipped to achieve our goals. Our facilities shall enable our teachers to deliver quality Montessori education with integrated arts, music, languages, and physical education.

Our facilities shall provide a safe and comfortable environment, in harmony with nature that enables our children, staff, and our community to fulfill our vision.
